During Summer 2005 Chase Midland PLC chose Oakmasters to be involved in one of their largest projects to date; a mansion and pool house with a build price of £6,000,000, overlooking a lush valley in the Cotswolds.

Whilst also providing trusses and roof components for areas in the main house, including the drawing room, Oakmasters was primarily responsible for the production of the extensive pool house. A load-bearing oak structure of aesthetic quality was crafted, the components of which were visible within the pool house, whilst the exterior was given a stonework façade.

The finished pool building was very large, incorporating a unique design of Queen Post Truss with raised collars, to create a sense of space and breadth. Additionally, a composite wall, integrating an oak frame with glass infill was fabricated as a unique feature.
